LeHIIT

Using the LEBERT EQUALIZER as the star of the class, along with the Buddy System and Stretch Strap, LeHIIT combines High Intensity Training with Power using multiple methods of proven-effective, interval training to create a fun and challenging fitness format. LeHIIT training features familiar fitness choreography and high-energy music in an efficient workout using the EQUALIZER for strength intervals, speed intervals, agility and power and using the Buddy System for the extra fun factor in “maximum effort, muscle endurance” style intervals using Tabata-inspired timing and partners! The finishing touch is a yoga inspired cool down using the Stretch Strap for complete relaxation. The LeHIIT format incorporates a full body complete interval workout into a challenging 60 min. class that is both fun and effective.

LeBarre

Taking the hottest trend in dance-inspired conditioning, ballet barre training, and using “make-sense progression” and the LeBert Equalizer to create a format suitable for every level of exerciser, LeBARRE is a workout like no other! Cycle Skills Drills and Sculpt

This cycle workshop / master class is designed for the beginner to advanced . Feel the exhilaration of indoor cycling by incorporating intervals , sprints , climbs and muscle conditioning on and off the bike . Using small fitness accessories to incorporate muscle conditioning and high intensity cardio intervals on the bike , you will discover how to create a full body workout that is time efficient and fun !

Bootcamp Kickbox

This action packed workout delivers the best of both worlds! Boot camp style classes are hot for a few good reasons. Easy to follow, challenging and fun. Blending cardio kickboxing with the cardio drills and strength from bootcamp will deliver a total body workout.

Circuit Sports

Yoga Strong Combo

Cardio Bounce

Ball Powered Yoga

Join in for a relaxing and effective Yoga Stretch workshop. Discover how the ball can improved flexibility and neuromuscular motor learning. When applied to a class like this. The ball will be used from beginning to end and will heighten postural awareness, spinal stabilization and trunk strengthening.

Yoga 101
