Troubleshooting section
DVD Playback problems:
This product is in compliance with all applicable DVD
specifications,
However, due to the advanced interactive features and it's
"dual layer" technology, some machines may
experience playback problems including random glitches or
frame freezes. These problems can usually
be solved by simply turning your DVD off and then Unplugging
the unit. If the problem still persists, it
may be a result of the DVD player itself not being current.
Most DVD player manufacturers offer free
software updates for there older models. For more
information, contact your manufacturer. |
